PLAY PAD
It’s a very simple thing. It is a rug.
It is made from a recycled material cut into organic shapes and placed on the floor to define a space.
Inspiration:
I went to the ocean and found myself fascinated by the frilly lace
of water that teases the sand before it recedes back into the sea.
I wanted to explore the idea of an edge--
The border line between solid and liquid,
earth and sea, child and adult, animal and human.
Simple and then not.
